David is the CEO & Head of Sales for AGT & Associates, Inc. an authorized Sandler Training center in Princeton, NJ. He brings over 23 years of sales, marketing and management experience. He prides himself on helping sales people and sales managers gain an edge to move their business to the next level.

After several successful years as a sales representative David was asked to manage several teams. It was during this time he was charged with developing several sales teams. He followed his early processes which lead him to consistently deliver results beyond expectations.

His past experience gave him tremendous experience in recruiting, improving process and sales leadership. His teams consistently delivered results that exceeded company goals. He’s been involved in two significant mergers and acquisitions and has a keen insight into overall business practices. and strategies.

David believes that those who want to become better at what they do, especially sales, can do it. He has an ability to help salespeople and managers get the best out of themselves and their people. He is a Certified Sandler Trainer based in Princeton, NJ.

David is a supporter of many local programs from different in-town sports teams to charities that have impacted his family & friends.
